Gerard’s Riverview by Gary Gardner is an affordable housing community located in Bordentown, NJ consisting of two apartment buildings.
This new development repurposes under-utilized vacant land and provides 66 housing units to an area in need of quality lower-income rental properties. Some of the apartments will be reserved for individuals or families experiencing homelessness, providing a humanitarian service to the local area.
