Project Description
The Wexford is Bancroft Construction’s 304-unit, garden-style apartment and residential development in Lumberton, NJ.
The eleven residential buildings are divided into three types; two-story townhome buildings, three-story walkups, and four-story elevator buildings. Amenities include a new 6,840 square foot clubhouse building with an indoor lounge area, fitness room, parcel lockers & mailboxes, leasing offices, and a model unit. The clubhouse will also have an exterior deck, including an outdoor fire feature, a pavilion, and a pool deck. Site amenities will include a dog park, tot lot, and walking trails throughout the complex. The parking area will be equipped with six electric vehicle charging stations with infrastructure included for future additional charging stations.

James E. Conner, Jr. Plumbing, Inc. is Bancroft’s plumbing contractor on this site from start to finish, providing our services in all phases of construction (Underground, Rough and Final).
